Andy teaching on a Yoga Holiday in South-East India, run every two years.
Andy has taught at British Wheel of Yoga Congress, Yoga Scotland Congress, the Dutch Yoga Federation Congress and the European Yoga Federation Annual Conference , as well as leading a number of workshops and retreats in the UK.
He is available to teach on a range of topics, including asana, pranayama, meditation, the use of sound or yoga philosophy, either for new students or experienced teachers as CPD.
Andy teaches an online workshop every other month focusing on a key yoga text and including a short practice.
He also teaches small groups face-to-face every other month on chosen topics in his yoga studio in Sussex.
